Terms of Service
The rules that govern your access to World Client, our website, and our community.
1. Agreement to These Terms
Start HereThese Terms of Service apply to the World Client software, the World External build, this website, our status and API endpoints, and our Discord community (together, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using any part of the Service you agree to these terms.
They sit alongside our EULA, which licences the software itself, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of them, do not use the Service.
2. Free Service & Availability
FreeWorld Client is provided completely free of charge to everyone, worldwide. There are no paid tiers, no key systems, no ad-gated links, and nothing is ever sold. Donations are entirely voluntary, purchase nothing, and create no entitlement to support, features, or continued availability.
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, without prior notice. This is free software offered with no warranties, guarantees, or service level agreements, and you accept that limitation as a condition of using it.
3. User Responsibility & Account Safety
ImportantYou are solely and completely responsible for your actions while using the Service. We are not responsible if your gaming accounts are banned, suspended, penalised, or terminated for rule violations on the platforms you use our software with.
Script execution software carries inherent risk. You must understand and fully accept that risk, including possible account consequences, before you use World Client. We strongly recommend using an alternate account.
4. Personal Actions & Consequences
LiabilityYou are fully responsible for your own decisions and their consequences. This includes, without limitation: account penalties, legal issues, technical problems, data loss, system damage, or any other negative outcome arising from your use of the Service.
5. Acceptable Use
Using the Service, you agree not to:
- Sell, rent, resell, or charge anyone for access to World Client.
- Redistribute rebranded, repacked, or modified builds as if they were ours.
- Bundle our software with malware, miners, stealers, loaders, adware, or key systems.
- Attack, damage, or attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or infrastructure that are not yours.
- Harass, threaten, doxx, or endanger other people in our community.
- Use the Service to distribute content you have no right to distribute.
- Misrepresent yourself as staff, or claim affiliation with or endorsement from World Works.
6. Reverse Engineering
Permitted in PartYou may reverse engineer the user interface of the executor freely. WorldAPI.dll and WorldExternal.exe are closed source and are not otherwise licensed for reverse engineering, except for good-faith analysis looking for malware or copyright infringement, which is always permitted and which we will never treat as a breach.
The full terms, including the limits and the exception, are set out in Section 4 of our EULA.
7. No Malware & No Data Collection
Our CommitmentWe have never provided malware services of any kind: no stealers, miners, botnets, loaders, or remote access tooling, in this build or in any build we have ever shipped. Antivirus detections on our binaries are false positives caused by how the software interacts with the game process; our scans are published on the Security page.
We also do not log. No IP addresses, no telemetry, no analytics, no personal records. The only records tied to a person are Discord moderation actions inside our own server. See the Privacy Policy for the full statement.
8. Third-Party Scripts & Content
Scripts, hubs, and content written by other people are not ours. We do not author, review, or endorse them, and we accept no responsibility for what they do. Running a third-party script is your decision and your risk.
9. Support & Assistance Policy
We provide technical support at our discretion, focused on legitimate service-related matters. We have no obligation to assist with minor issues, user error, misuse of the software, or problems arising from a violation of these terms. Support happens in our Discord community and is offered by volunteers.
10. Enforcement & Termination
Discord OnlyIf you breach these terms we may end your access to our community and our hosted resources. In practice, enforcement means Discord actions inside our own server: a warning, a timeout, a kick, or a ban.
We do not identify, track, or block anyone by IP address, hardware, or any other personal identifier. We hold no such data, so no other form of enforcement is possible or intended. The software itself remains free for everyone.
11. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or undetected.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, World Works and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of accounts, progress, data, or profits arising from your use of the Service. As the Service is free, our total aggregate liability is zero. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. No Affiliation With Roblox
World Client is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" is a trademark of Roblox Corporation and is referenced only to describe compatibility. Using our software may breach Roblox's terms; that is between you and Roblox.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the project develops. The current version always lives on this page with its revision date, and continued use after a change means you accept it. Material changes are announced in our Discord community. Related policies live in the Legal Center.
