Legal Center

Every policy that governs World Client in one place, plus a plain statement of where we stand.

We Do Not Log

No IP logging, no analytics, no telemetry, no personal records. The only records we hold are Discord moderation actions inside our own server.

No Malware, Ever

We have never shipped, operated, or resold a malware service, in any current build or any past one. Antivirus hits on our binaries are false positives.

Open to Inspection

Anyone may reverse engineer our binaries to check for malware or copyright infringement. That permission is permanent and unconditional.

Free & Independent

World Client is free software funded by voluntary donations. No keys, no paywalls, no resale, and no affiliation with Roblox Corporation.

Who We Are

World Client is developed and distributed by World Works, an independent volunteer team. We publish free software, we accept voluntary donations, and we sell nothing. There is no company store, no subscription, no key system, and no paid tier, so there is also no customer data, billing record, or account database behind any of it.

Our Legal Position

Free Software

We build a script execution tool for a game client. That is legal software, and we intend to keep it that way. We do not sell access, we do not run key or ad-gate monetisation, we do not distribute other people's copyrighted assets, and we have never provided malware, stealers, miners, botnets, loaders, or any other service of that kind.

Using World Client may still breach the rules of the platform you use it on. That is a matter between you and that platform, and Section 2 of our Terms of Service explains where that responsibility sits.

Zero Logging, Stated Plainly

Privacy

We do not log. We do not record IP addresses, we do not run analytics or telemetry, we do not keep session logs, and we do not build profiles of the people who use our software. There is no account to create and no identifier to hand over.

The only records that exist are the moderation actions taken inside our own Discord server: warnings, timeouts, and removals, which Discord stores as part of running that server. Our full Privacy Policy covers this in detail.

Security Research & Reverse Engineering

Always Allowed

Anyone may analyse our binaries to check whether they contain malware or infringing material, and may publish what they find. We will never treat that as a violation of our licence. The user interface of the executor may additionally be reverse engineered for any purpose.

WorldAPI.dll and WorldExternal.exe are closed source and are otherwise not licensed for reverse engineering. The exact wording is in our EULA, Section 4.

Trademarks & Attribution

"Roblox" is a trademark of Roblox Corporation. World Client is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation, and references to Roblox exist only to describe what our software is compatible with. All other product names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Copyright Complaints

If you believe material we host infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice as described on our DMCA page. We act on valid notices promptly and we do not require a lawsuit to remove infringing material.

Age Requirement

Our Discord community follows Discord's own minimum age requirement, and you must meet the minimum age of digital consent in your country to use it. Because we hold no personal data, we cannot and do not verify age. That responsibility rests with you or your guardian.

Reporting a Legal or Security Concern

Found something that looks illegal, infringing, or malicious in our software or our community? Tell us. We would rather hear it from you than read about it later, and we publish our VirusTotal scans on the Security page so findings can be checked against them.
